  1. hello,
    i have ripped a dvd with 0sex, so i end up with a VOB, i used to be able to use ffmpegx to convert it into SVCD. but since a few weeks it it's just not working anymore, so i installed everything new, including my system, multiple times. i've been trying to search for a solution on different forums, but it's just not working.
    well here is what i get in the terminal,

    Hi,

    I've seen that error too...
    Disable "Encode hi freq" in the Options tab and it should work.

    major: ist that caused by the latest compile of mpeg2enc?

    as for the audio issue i suggest selecting another audio track in the Audio tab
    and press play to hear if you have sound.

  3. Yes, you're probably using a different binary for mpeg2enc than the one requested by the installer.

    Hmm, I got the latest compile from
    mjpeg.sourceforge.net/MacOS/

  5. It seems that someone updated the sourceforge binary without telling me. I'll update ffmpegX to take that into account.
