Smartripper, dvddecrypter and dvd2avi all fail to correctly rip a 24 bit pcm track from a DVD, the resulting file thinks it's 16 bit and sounds like digital noise. I read somewhere that these programs change the wav header to 16 bit, which screws any media player app.
Anyway to get around this problem?
TIA
