    I wish to copy 2 VCD movies to 1 DVD - is this possible and is there a guide available anywhere? Everywhere i look does it from DVD to VCD/XVCD or SVCD

    The Reason I wish to do this is so that i can watch the DVD on any DVD player such as XBOX & PS2

  4. Sure it possible, extract the mpeg files from the vcds using vcdgear, You can join them at this point if you want to using TMPGEnc. Then encode to DVD compliant mpeg with TMPGEnc, author and burn.

    You can also create what is known as DVD-VCD where you can put the VCD mpegs onto a DVD without reencoding all you have to do is resample the sound to 48khz, this type of disc is not as compatible as reencoding though and you may find it wont play on your players. The guide for that is here
