    I'm sorry for this stupid question, but I really don't know. Are the extentions .rm and .ram the same thing?
    I've got some .ram files I need to convert and can't find anything from the "search" button on it.

    Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Depends on the player's ability to care or not. I can interchange the WMV/ASF/MPG extensions and Windows Media Player won't care.

    They are both Real.

    If you want to convert, it's best to ID the files and give proper Real extensions to them. A google serach will probably give you a list and breakdown of the extensions, maybe check real.com.
