here's my problem, i downloaded "spirited away" in two parts as dvd rips (AVIs), now, when i originally opened divx 2.1, it said audio tag 8192 error. i researched and found that the problem was i needed an ac3 codec, so i downloaded the AC3 Filter, it didn't work, it loaded fine, but still no sound, and virtual dub couldn't extract a working WAV, but in the properties it said there was ac3 audio, so i downloaded something called "Swtich" which was another ac3 codec, and that too didnt work. so i contniued trying to get it to work, i found something call GSpot, and when i opened the video it said i had all the proper codec needed, but i still cant get any sound. id really LOVE some help! i'm new to this VCD thing, this is the first real problem i can't find a solution for on this site.
thanks!
