    I have a SVCD file and I multiplex it into a MPEG-Video CD in TMPGEnc but the audio is always off. I've tried multiplexing to a non-standard and everything. It never works. Does anyone else have this problem?

    Check the beginning of the file and the end. If you sync is off by the same amount you can use BBmpeg (multiplex) to delay the audio or video to match. It works pretty well for me...
