I know that there are alot of topics on filtering, but because I do not understand that terminalogy of video editing yet, I'm not sure that I know what I'm looking for.
I'm using Adobe Premier 6.5 for the capture of my video, this is comming in from my vcr through my ADVC-100. Now the original recording has some static on it, and this comes accros when I do the capture.
Now I'm not sure what filters to use. I have tried some of the contrast filters and things like that. I know that there are alot of third party filters out there, but I have yet to figure out how to get them in to premier.
So any help with what filters to use and maybe how to get them into and working with premier would be a great help.
