    I bough 200 and they only burned at 2X.. I read others are having problems with Allmediaoutlet.com also at www.crawlclick.com .. any one here?

    You may have to update the drives firmware to get the media to work at 4x. I believe (or seem to remember reading about it) Sony drives need to be updated to 2.0f firmware for it to work at 4x with the Princo media.

    the SONY's firmware is 2.0f.. I called Allmediaoutlet.com and their Rep Brian hung up on me! They must be getting swarmed with calls and complaints! Or they are just bad business people.

    That is outrageous, that would make me more angry than buying bad media in the first place.

    If they have a customer services department call them to complain about the appalling manner in which you have been treated.
