BeSweet error and problems "can't find mp2 interface&qu

I trying to convert a pal svcd to ntsc svcd using the newly posted guide. I have a problem with BeSweet though. When I click on the mp2 to mp2 button, nothing happens, it says "transcoding" at the bottom but as soon as I move the mouse away from the button it stops. Also when i press this button, a dos window appears very quickly and I had to read it fast. It said something to the effect of, "can't get mp2 interface" Can anyone help me please? Also, I won't need to downconvert the sample rate if the pal svcd file is already 44100khz, right? Thank you for any help

I figured out the problem. If anyone else runs into this sort of problem, here's what you do:

Delete the BeSweet folder.
Download the BeSweet program along with the GUI interface (both zip files)
Unzip them both to the same folder and then double click on the gui.exe file. Everything should work great after that. :-)
