Hi, im going to be frank, i've got two xvid clips (with vbr mp3) that i want to edit.

I want to remove the series theme + end credits, between these exact positions.
(clip1) 03:14:84 --> 05:01:44 and 43:51:12 --> 44:21:41
(clip2) 02:14:00 --> 03:59:00 and 44:44:31 --> 45:14:01

How should i proceed?
What applications should i use?

I've tried VD, but it doesn't cut in between keyframes. Heard about avisynth, but i've never tired it (seem to complicated).

Any ideas?
