I downloaded Kazaa and it was giving me trouble so I want to uninstall it. So I went to my Add/Remove Programs to uninstall the spyware-full Kazaa. But this error message popped up:

    Error loading G:\WINNT\System32\cd_clint.dll
The specific module could not be found.

So how should I uninstall it? I'm using Windows 2000 by the way.

Actually the same damn thing happened to me as well. I had craploads of problems with the new v2.5 version also. So I got rid of it and went back to the v2.1 which works great and has no extra software associated with it. You can try to reinstall Kazaa and then uninstall it and it may take a couple of trys but you will eventually be able to uninstall it. It took me a few trys to uninstall it too but don't worry it can be if you reinstall and then uninstall it. That seemed to work best for me.

  3. You didn't run a program like Ad Aware by any chance?

The reason I ask is that cdclint.dll is the file that contains the spyware for Kazaa and a program like Ad Aware(spyware remover) will remove it.

You will need to re-install Kazaa then uninstall it.
