    does anybody know how to convert dts 48000hz wav file to dts 44.1 khz wav file,I extract the dts sound file from a dvd and than a tried to burn a dts-music cd but i forgot that cd doesn't soport 48000 hz,so I need to convert
    48000 to 44.1

    Try a program called HeadAc3he, you will find it on here in the tools section, you need to download all the dlls for it aswell, and put them in the same directory as the HeadAc3he executable.
