Que? In order to get help, you have to be more specific. You're telling nothing neither about what you're working from (source material) nor what you want to accomplish.

http://www.geocities.com/divxhell/GSpot1.JPG this is the website where i have the picture of that program. Can you tell me how i can encode the movies they way that it is shown in the picture and can you tell me how i have to use it so i can make the films be smaller. I am using the "nandub" program and the movies are getting bigger instead of smaller example: instead of 700mb it comes 750mb can you tell me why and how i can make them 700mb and which program i have to use to do so?

Only parameters that determine the size of a video file is the bit rate used when encoding it, and the length in time.
If you have a movie A, and want the file smaller, you either have to take out some parts (reducing playing time) or reduce bit rate by reencoding. I gather you're looking for the latter.
So, you have to find out what bit rate was used in the original, (can be calculated from file size and time) and then reencode at a lower bit rate.
Keep in mind that every reencoding (even at a higher bit rate than the original) will give you a result with lower quality than the original.

Have you tried burning this file to a cd ...now here is the thing files fit on vcds or svcds in two ways....time or space....now if you have a 750 meg file that is 80 minutes or under it can fit on an 80 minute cd.....if you check some vcds or svcds you can find files that are 880 megs in length because they are based on time not size...now option size you can fit 120 mintes on an 80 minute cd if file size is 700 megs or smaller....i would think yours is in first catagory check that if under 80 minutes dont worry it will burn good luck
