Can't find this anywhere, I could've overlook it though...

How do I go about uninstall TMPGEncoder and Virtual Dub because I can't seem to find an uninstaller included, do I just delete the file manually?

    Thanks in advance.

  3. All you have to do is delete the Vdub directory. I am not 100% certian about TMPGEnc but I think it is the same.

And just a bit of friendly advice, you really should wait a day before assuming that no one is answering your question. It often takes more than a few hours.

The easiest way I know to Uninstall anything that doesn't have it's own uninstall setting is: 'Click' on Start, then 'Click' on Settings, then highlight 'Control Panel', then go up the list to 'Add/Remove programs' and highlight and left'Click'. This will bring up the Add/Remove programs' properties panel. (be sure install/uninstall tab is open) Go to the white section and scroll down until you find the program you want and highlight it. This will cause the Add/Remove button to 'be usable'. Push that button and it will un install the program. Just follow any directions at the end and you're done. (this will work for TMPGEnc, VirtualDub is a different story. You'll have to find the location of the files and open the "Aux setup exe", there you will find an uninstall button.) You should know, that the programs you want to remove may be of some use in the near future. They don't take up much memory and they may be handy for something that the program you plan to use can't cover.
