i have been trying for days now to rip a my pal/ntsc dvd's to svcd im currently using dvd2svcd as it has given me the best results so far but there still not perfect (scanlines,ghost, jerky, etc.) last night i thought i had finally figured it out so i done a 4 pass rip(12hr+) of violent cop (pal) only for it to come out fuckedplease help

what dvd2svcd setting should i have to get good quality rip of a:
1. pal anime dvd
2. ntsc anime dvd to pal svcd
3. pal dvd
4. ntsc dvd to pal svcd
what matrix should i use, there's not allot about this in the guides

When ripping your NTSC DVD was the brightness a bit higher than on the DVD? I'm just wondering because I had that problem, so I wanted to know if it was just me.
