  4. I keep talking about NeoDVD Plus which to some is not fancy enough however it always works fo me at least. Anyway NeoDVD will input AVI, dv, mpeg (svcd), mov, wmv, and VOB files and make a set of DVD files plus burn the files for you. This is not a high end program but it flat out works, is simple and user friendly (trust me I tried a lot of the low to mid end programs and this one actually works). You can read about the program here and no I don't work for them.

Of course not. You can always convert the SVCD video to DVD format and burn it with Nero.

  6. I did what the guide said and the video has little blocks in it on the right hand side i noticed that if i use DVD Patcher and put back the resolution of 480 x 480 that the blocks leave.

    Any ideas?

  7. You could give DVDLab a try
It will let you create a DVD from a SVCD
The catch is that there are probably some players that the disc wont work on
