I have downloaded the official "TMPGEnc MPEG2 plugin" from the funky Japanese site which I cannot read nor decipher anything. At any rate, as I understand it from the "Tools Section of this website, all I have to do is unzip the contents of "m2v_vfp-0.6.36.lzh" to the TMPGEnc folder and all is fine. There are no installation procedures or anything? No installation makes me wonder if TMPGEnc will even realize that it is there. Oh, don't know if this is significant but I am using:

    TMPGEnc Version 2.512.52.161 Plus

Is this all I need to correctly convert my PAL MPEG2 43-minute episode TO NTSC MPEG2 with my audio synced up? I've attempted this about 6 times now and my audio is always about 10-20 seconds out-of-sync. Any
advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  2. You'll need to convert audio, as well, with BeSweet..

<-- Check the PAL to NTSC guide to the left here under 'CONVERT'..

Here's a couple of detailed threads.
