extracting rar file to bin and cue?

Ive got a rar file which i extracted with winrar but how do I keep going to get the bin and cue file from it.

go to www.google.com and use the search terms bin and cue - you'll find several links on the first search page, one of them is a Doom9 or Afterdawn (forget which) guide on working with bin & cue files.

sorry i didnt explain myself very well,I have a rar file but dont know how to get the bin and cue from it.

METHOD 1.....


Double click on the RAR file, it should open up and you should see the Cue and Bin file inside.

Now using your Left mouse button click on the cue file and holding your shift button on your keyboard and down arrow key make sure your highlight both the cue and bin.

Now goto the EXTRACT TO button at the top select a place to extract the cue and bin to.

METHOD 2.....

Right click on the RAR file and choose the last Extract to option, and this will extract the cue and file into the same folder as the rar file it's self.
