  1. Ok let me start from the begining. My very first DVD was where I took several of our short films and made several MPEG's (each MPEG was a single chapter). I used Ulead DVD Workshop and it rendered them into a 1.6 gig file (two actually) with simple menus, so I burned them to CD-R and took it to another computer, burned the DVD and it was 100% great.

Second DVD, I decided to take all a long 90 minute movie saved it as a long 90 min MPEG. Authored it in DVD Workshop, making AVI's as transistions between menus (like on the STarWars DVD) Same way of buring it, taking to another computer. They said they had trouble burning it, but the DVD is about 65% functional. Hmm

Third DVD. I bought a Cendyne DVD+RW/R 4x Internal. It burnes at 2.4x, I made another movie with transistion titles between menus. I went to play it back on my DVD player and it just took a section of the movie and looped it for 5 seconds as the Disc Menu.

Should I get another authoring program? Why do I have problems when I create titles for menu transistions? I'm using regular DVD+R discs.

    Thanks

  2. By the way, I used Roxio Easy CD Creator 6 to copy the VIDEO_TS files to my project and then burned the DVD that way. Is that bad? I really don't think that matters.
