Hi, I have a VOB music video on my mac and when i try and convert it into a PAL VCD with ffmpegX the sound is ok but the video only lasts about 17 s, i've tried changing the mpeg component from mpeg2enc to ffmpeg mpg but in the end it is out of sync even if i try and match the bitrates.
Can any one help me?

Try to extract it as elementary .m2v and .mp2 files instead of VOB, then encode video only.
