I just picked up a Pioneer A06 DVD burner. I've burned one DVD-RW (Fujifilm) and just attempted to burn a +RW (Fujifilm) disc. The burn was successful but the verify wasn't. The bottom of the +RW disc has small discolorations (spots) on it. The -RW doesn't. Is this kind of spotting normal? I took out another brand new Fujifilm +RW disc and it has spots too.
I wasn't able to erase the Fujifilm +RW disc either.
Are the discs bad? Is Fujifilm a bad brand? Are +RW normally spotty?
Any ideas?

Hi,
Dunno about the Fuji but the Verbatim -RW's don't have any spots. Mine have been erased in my A06. Not tried a +RW yet. What software are you using to burn/erase? -
Just wanted to let everyone know, I returned my Fujifilm +RW's to BestBuy and they exchanged them. The new ones work fine on my A06 so this definitely was a problem with getting a bad batch of discs...
