  1. I'm new to this forum so sorry if this has been asked before. I'm having a problem with MyDVD. I'm trying to burn a wmv onto a DVD+RW. Everything goes fine and the DVD pops out, but when I play it the audio is out of sync. Like I hear glass shattering, then seconds later I see the guy came crashing through the window. I play it in PowerDVD and my Panasonic player, same result. The original wmv is fine though, audio in sync, no problem. This is my first time trying to make a DVD, maybe this is a stupid question but can someone help? Any suggestions?

  3. Use TMPGEnc to convert to 720x480(576 PAL),MP2 audio, before authoring with MyDVD.One problem with MyDVD is it only outputs LPCM audio which means less video will fit on a DVD.

  4. But I didn't use up the disc. MyDVD shows I still have 1.14 GB left, that's plenty of room! What else could cause this? How can I fix it?

    Thanks.

  5. Well, I'm not sure if I'm just lucky or I actually did something. I tried burning a different video but capped the video bitrate at 9M (the default is 10), and doubling the audio bitrate as well as sampling rate. The outcome is I have perfectly sync'd video and audio. I haven't tried doing the same thing with the original video though.

Just though I share this and see if anyone'd call me silly.
