Newbie help with Decrypter

Alright I am very new at this so bare with me. I ripped my dvd onto the hard drive with DVD Decrypter and it saved everything under one .ISO file. When I use DVD Decrypter to then write to the disk to burn the dvd I load my .ISO file and choose my destination but whatever I do I am unable to begin writing because it says 'device not ready.' What must I do to make the device ready to burn?

u do have a dvd burner not just a dvd rom right??? and if it says that close the program cuz and and open it back up it should work if not reboot the computer then burn it sometimes it may say device not ready and then when i reboot it that doesnt happen it works fine
