  1. I have converted some avi clips to mpeg2 with tmpgenc and tried to burn them to a dvd with nero(latest version) useing the dvd video option but it will not let me do this as
1.the file is larger than 2gb
2.mpeg files may not reside in the video ts directory of a dvd compilation

the only options it will let burn to are dvd rom (iso) dvd rom(udf)
could someone please tell me which option to use . if i use one of these two will the resulting dvd play in a playstation 2 or a normal dvd player

    thanks

Nero won't author a DVD, it will just burn one. You first need to author the DVD files with an authoring program, like Ulead Movie Factory, TMPGEnc DVD Author, DVDLab, or the like. Check the guides on the left under How To Author a DVD.
