I just burned my first VCD but I'm not satisfyed with the quality. You can se the pic frame by frame, really enoying.
I have som more space at the cd so maby i can do it again with better quality. I'm using TMPGEnc and VirtualDub, could anyone help me with this, I'm still a newbie. Is it when i decode it or when i burn it that i should change the settings???
