Hello,
If I am encoding at 8.5 MBits/s, how many I, P and B pictures should I specify for best results?
What about I=1, P=17 and B=0 for NTSC?
Any advice would be very welcome.
Thanks,
Tom.
P.S. The video does not have much action in it.
