    Prassi Primo and Record Now are the same programs. I can't get them to make a playable disk. The ifo files are always empty on a disk I burn with either program. I check the ifo file in the source directory and it contains the detalis to tell the player how to work,but when I look at the ifo on the DVD-R that was burned it's empty.no information. It has the correct byte size but it's empty. What could cause this?

    maybe the file is locked on your hard drive ... so it would not get burned
