Well goodie. But you'll have to realize, that due to the vast anonimity granted by the wonders of the Internet, that people like myself are not going to believe you. Your inability to write at the quality level of a "company representive" also makes your statement very questionable.

The damage has been done.

I, for one, do not plan to buy any of your goods, at home or at the office. At least at this time. Whether I'm right or wrong, it's still your loss.
