Size problems plz help me.

I hade a movie in two parts that i made to SVCD, and wene i use TMPGEnc Mpegtools to join the files the file gets a fakesize.
Wene right click on it and select properties i get the size 798mb, but wene im about to burn it with Nero i got 900mb as size. Why dose this happen?
And then i have to re-encode the joined file agaion to get the corect size.

Plz help me out.

Don't use Nero to author (which is what you do, if you use Neros SVCD wizard). Author with VCDEasy (1.1.4 latest free version), and if your system isn't supported by VCDEasys burning engine, just create the cue/bin with VCDEasy and burn that with Nero. Depending on CD-R and burner, you might (barely) squeeze 798 MB mpeg on a 80 min CD-R
