Greetings, I sold my terapin to get the new Malata VDR-R1 in hopes of a better unit. Well. The Terapin burnt CDR's played fine on my MAC but the Malata CDR's have a strage phenom...When using the Quicktime player as always, When I attempt to open a movie I get to the folder list (CDDR,CDI,EXT,MPEGAV,SEGMENT,VCD) Then the window wont let me open the MPEGAV folder(or any other folder on the CDR) to get at the AVSEQ01.DAT file.I have tried a few shareware VCD players and still same crap.
These CDR's play fine in my Samsung 301 DVD VCD player. And my PC. But I cant get into the folder on any mac. I can see the AVSEQ01.DAT file by opening the CDR on my desk top but when I click on the AVSEQ01.DAT it wont open any application. It feels like a directory problem kinda like the MPEGAV folder is the last item in the string.
