  1. yo whats up, i read that page about changing the header with tmpegenc so your dvd player is tricked into thinking its a vcd instead and plays it. but when i do it, the file that outputs is too big and nero wont burn it, what do i do..?

    Too big for what? I recommend not using Nero to author - use VCDEasy 1.1.4 (or turn off Neros compliance check if you persist in using Nero to author).
    If you start with a properly made SVCD compliant mpeg, I don't think it ought to get any bigger just by remultiplexing as VCD mpeg.
