    Why do you want to do this? Uncompressed AVI at DVD resolutions will run you about 25 MBytes a second. One hour will run you about 90 GBytes of required storage space.

    Oh, and this doesn't include sound.

    Use VirtualDub - there's a version that allows you to input Vob files. Then chose your video and audio compression otherwise you'll end up with huuuuuge files, as stated above.

  4. Well he did not say uncompressed AVI, presumably he wants to create Divx of his DVD's. Like rhegedus said vdub is your best bet after you have ripped it. See the how to rip guides and the how to convert guides.

  5. theres also software called " DVD2AVI " which you should be able to find and is easy to use.
