VCD to RM app other than Stream Anywhere?

Hi,

I DLed the demo of Stream Anywhere and while it successfully encodes short MPEGs of 3-5 minutes or less as RMs, it fails with anything longer. Can anyone suggest another app that can encode longer files? Also, I was hoping to convert DIVX to VCD - can anyone tell me how to get around the file size problem? How can I cut a DIVX AVI file in half, since I assume once it's converted to MPEG it will be huge...

REAL PRODUCER PLUS encodes RealMedia (I'm not sure how long the files can be but try it)

It's available here: (just sign up to yahoo group - 1 min process) and go to the FILES section:

Get HJSPLIT also available at the group above, download the 4 parts (.001-004) of realproducer plus and join them with hjsplit and unzip. enjoy. Oh yeah get this file also realpro*******.txt ... you'll need it.
