Cue file problem

I am having a problem with cue files that I get from the newsgroups.
They don't seem to burn correct I get a buffer underun error, if I rip it in vcdeasy then re- encode it in vcdeasy it's fine.
The files aren't in PAL format I checked that already.

Any Ideas?

Did you edit the cue file so it has the right path to the bin in it? just use any text editor to see.
