  1. Hey guyz, recently i just downloaded mp3s from a site. And there seems to be annoying voices advertising the website which i downloaded the mp3s from, in each and every mp3 that i downloaded from there. More like an advertising propaganda. Guyz, is there any way of removing that voices and still keeping the quality of the song intact.

Depends on if the voices are over the music, or just before and/or after. In the latter case, just decode to wav, cut out the voice part(s) with some audio editor (Goldwave, CoolEdit, SoundForge...) and possibly reencode as mp3.
If the voices are over the music - I agree with zeppage: No.
