I use Ulead Video studio 7 to create my mpeg2 DVD compliant files. When I import those files to the authoring program Ulead Movie Factory 1, it always says audio is not DVD compliant. So I check the info of the files in Movie factory, and sure enough its 44khz, not 48khz that I had set the settings at in Video Studio.
Well instead of re-encoding the files again, thinking it was my mistake, I checked the files in Ulead DVD Workshop, and they were 48khz, LPCM audio. So using Ulead DVD workshop I was able to create my DVD.

Does anyone know why Ulead Movie Factory 1, has problems with converted files from Ulead Video Studio 7?

Does Movie Factory 2 have the same problem?

One thing I noticed about the audio settings in Ulead video 7 ,before encoding was that it didn't allow me to set either 224kbits or 356kbits.

Thanks for any comments.
