    Does anybody out of here already extract (or convert) still pictures from VCDs ?
    VCDxRIP (or VCDEasy) can extract mpeg files from VCD but seems not to be able to convert those mpeg files into JPG files (with a resolution of 704x576).

    Any suggestions are welcome.

    You're right. PowerDVD works starting from version 4.
