I use it to image the Video_Ts AND AUDIO_TS folders but then it stops at 99.89% and saying the drive ran out of space but the problem is the drive is stil with over 100 gigs free ? What can I do.. thanks for telling me about Imgtool but still I cannot get it to work. I am using Win2k and with a lot of memory and drives.. they are mainly a wedding vide I capture but the Canopus AD 1000 unit. Thanks for guiding me.

Are you trying to create an image file bigger than 4.1GB on a FAT32 Disk?
I just fought with the same problem. Once I switched the destination of the image to an NTFS disk, it worked fine.
