  1. Im trying to split a 1600mb MPEG that i have after i did a dvd2svcd conversion and im getting errors as seen below maybe someone can tell me how i can fix this so i can split the file and not have sycn errors

Multiplexing: video and one audio stream
program stream type: SVCD with pulldown auto-detection
    video file: c:\documents and settings\PIMP\my documents\=m=o=v=i=e=s=\charlies angels dvd2svcd.m2v
    audio 1 file: c:\documents and settings\PIMP\my documents\=m=o=v=i=e=s=\charlies angels dvd2svcd.mp2
    program file: temp.mpg

Set the "Forced mux rate" to 0 in the program stream settings of bbMpeg.

NOTE: Mux rate may be too low for data rate, watch for PTS/DTS underflows.
Your max birtrate goes beyond the limit for SVCD. SVCD has a max mux rate of 2788800 bits/sec, your video stream alone is peaking at 3499200 bits/sec.

Either always mux with a forced mux rate of zero, or correct your bitrate settings to stay with in the SVCD specs.
