    Join the yahoo group ( it takes 1 min), and go to the files section and look for a file that's called tmpgenc*****.exe that will solve your problems!

  4. If you have Norton Utilities 2001, you can use Norton Win Doctor to correct the registry entry for you. Once the registry is corrected, the MPEG2 function will be reset to 30 days.

    You can do this as often as you please.

  5. The 30 day limit can be reset by deleting the following registry key:
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{63902277-B101-4049-8B46-C24B67E155E5}

    Or, make a file "TMPGEnc_MPEG2_Reset.reg" with the following content:

    REGEDIT4
    ; Enables TMPGEnc's MPEG-2 encoder for 30 more days.
    [-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{63902277-B101-4049-8B46-C24B67E155E5}]

  6. Much thanks for the suggestions. I'll see which one provides me with the most flexibility.
