    can any one help me to cut a mpeg file in tmpgenc ihave tried to cut but the resulting file has no audio any ideas please regards joe

    If you are using Merge & Cut, try using the Source Range instead, or vice versa.

  3. I don't know if its a bug or what, but yeah, TMPG looses the sound when you Merge&Cut

    The solution, is take your original MPEG2 and Demux, then take the audio file and cut it with some other program (be careful that you cut it at EXACTLY the same place you did the MPEG2 otherwise it'll be out of sync), the Mux it back with the MPEG2 file that you cut.

    I use the Merge and Cut feature of TMPGEnc all the time and it works great. I know this does not help you, but I do not think it is a bug. Let me see if I can figure it out.
