having trouble converting movie

tring to convert movie to dvd format, audio is mp3 and video is ms-mpeg4 v3 everytime i pop it in to be converted i get a error, have any ideas????????????????

How are you trying to convert it?

im using tmpgenc, i also coverted the audio to a wav file, tried letting, ulead dvd factory convert the file also.no luck either way

What error are you getting, is your Direct Show priority set to be the highest file reader, and are all your codecs loaded?

you need to get the windows media 9 codec to convert it. once you have this you can use stoik video convertor at stoik.com to convert to an avi then use in tmpgenc. MS= (MicroSoft) m4/3

i just get that tmpgenc has excuted and error, i havent tried the winodws 9 codec yet
