@888888
Is it Spinal Tap?
Is it the scene where they discuss the stage props? -

Icarus? I know I've seen this before. If it wasn't for the guy in the plastic helmic and birds beak, I would have thrown in Superman for the heck of it.

Had to brighten it up to see it - it's very dark on my end.
Very easy now that I can see the pic -
Fellini Satyricon
That movie is a trip 8) -

I was about to say"A guy thing", but thats totally wrong. Its JOHNNY ENGLISH!

888888: That one is too hard for me, and for some others also it looks like. Lets change to phrases instead of screenshots to keep it clean, i start with a simple one: "Yes, come in my face! Give it to me big boy!"
Hint: Theres many correct answers.

Anyway, DON'T GIVE UP! Capmaster might know this one so he should definitely guess.
I will give you a clue: this is a frame from a CONCERT FILM, not a ficional movie. A concert film would have a similar structure as Song Remains the Same for example. This movie is similar to that one in terms of structure. -

Either -
Jethro Tull: Living with the Past
or
Message of Love: The Isle of Wight Festival
MTV used to show a lot of Jethro Tull videos in the very eary '80s - that frame looks familiar. -
