Premiere 6.0 + CCE plugin (2.5 and 2.6 Tial) won't encode

When I try to export my project to mpeg-2, Premiere tells the CCE plugin, thyt my movie has 1 fps framerate.The avi is DV PAL (at 25fps).
Is there any way to change this settings?I can select the 25fps in the advanced CCE setup, but when I try to export, I'm getting this error:cannot create video with 1 fps (or so)
When I try to export to DV avi, the original 25 fps are recognized.
