I have a multi-system VCR which outputs in PAL-60, with a leadtek winfast 2000 XP Deluxe. I am unable to find a program which captures PAL-60 suitably, as the only program so far which I can find that makes an attempt is DScaler, and for some reason Dscaler switches back to PAL normal from time to time, ruining the capture.
Is there any way I can convert the signal coming out of the VCR from PAL-60 to dedicated NTSC? Is there any capture programs which can help me? Any advice is appreciated.
