I have the option of getting one of the above systems and was wondering which one would be better.

I would like it to play most formats DVD, VCD, SVCD, CD, CD-R/RW & MP3 and am basically looking to get a feel of which one is better in terms of picture and sound quality.

I can get the JVC @ $250US Cheaper
