editing with tmpge

hi folks hows it hanging? I have another one for someone to try and solve. ok i downloaded a movie, got all my pegs out of the bin files. i then watch them both (all there from start to finish). i then put cd2 in tmpge and cut say the first 6 secs of and then run it so it made me a new cd2. i then put them in a new folder and done the biz with svcd2dvd+. skipped throught it and i notice about a quater of the films gone. so i got more mpegs and cut cd2 again and run it. now comparing that cut one to the orig its missing aprox 300 mbs? any ideas chaps?

yo dude my english is fine(no offense) but ive sorted the prog. the mpegs i got from my bin files were not mpegs as such. what i did was used vcdgear and used the conversion mpeg to mpeg and then it was completely fine. he he
