While looking on doom9.org for many hours i ran across this
http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=090c9074546ba13dad4972d6a75ed793&threadid=4599...light=PAL+NTSC
I unzipped everything from this to the dvd2svcd folders. Loaded the Pal DVD into DVD2SVCD, edited the avs script for widescreen or fullscreen.
On the first attempt CCE crashed on the 2nd Pass. Did a little more research and found some people saying 1 Pass is just fine. Did it on a 1 pass and guess what? It actually worked after about 4 hours for a 2 hour movie. Loaded the file into DVDLab 1.15 and it accepted the file as NTSC. Also check the audio and it was perfect.
To me this seems to be an easy way to get from PAL to NTSC, which alot of people say is so hard to do.
Try this people. So far i have done one 2 hour movie that was 16x9. Attempting more soon.
