    i am using DVD2SVCD with CCE SP 2.5 on a Gigabyte GA-6BXDS Dual Slot 1 mobo with 2x600mhz PIII's. At any given time wjile in the CCE portions of DVD2SVCD's operation my CPU usage is only at 50% leading me to believe that only 1 of my CPU's is being utilized. Is this normal operation and can it be change to utilize full CPU power on both chips?

    Win2k Pro SP2.
    I used to run TMPGEnc on this same setup and CPU utilization would be 100% on both CPU's.
