i have a strange video. i downloaded it off kazaa and it has a frame rate of about 15 fps. it also has a few bad frames and virtualdub says that it has like 5000 frames that are good but they cant be decoded. what does this mean and how can i fix them? also how can i change the frame rate to 29.97 fps without the speed of the video changing? any help would be greatly appreciated.
